Welcome to Miss Muffet Cake Boutique. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.missmuffetcakeboutique.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. General Information

  • Miss Muffet Cake Boutique (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Singapore-based bakery providing luxury cakes, classroom celebration treats, and artisanal desserts.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or Whatsapp +65 88010671.

  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order. 

3. Allergies & Special Diets

  • We are a completely nut-free bakery.

  • We offer allergen-free options (gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free) upon request. However, cross-contamination risks may exist as our studio handles ingredients such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies at the time of order. Severe or life-threatening allergies will require alternative arrangements.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Orders are available for delivery within Singapore or for collection at our studio.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon delivery/collection.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are only available in limited circumstances.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 working days before the scheduled delivery/collection. After this time, no refunds will be issued.  If decorations have been started no refund will be given for those items.

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We may, at our discretion, provide a solution or partial refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, recipes, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Miss Muffet Cake Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miss Muffet Cake Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
