Something delicious to look forward to every Friday.

Friday Bake Club is inspired by some of my dad’s favourite recipes — the kind of cakes and bakes made to be put in the middle of the table, shared with friends and family, and enjoyed with a good cup of tea.

The name is a little nod to The Thursday Murder Club — friends who meet every week, solve mysteries and, importantly, eat cake.

Each week we’ll bake a small selection of favourites: sharing cakes, loaf cakes, cookies and other treats, with smaller treats along the way. There might even be something handy for Monday’s lunchbox.
