"Why do you not sell this in your business??" - words I have heard many times over the years when serving this to family and friends.

Well, here we are - the perfect time, as I launch recipes from my childhood.  Very British recipes that shaped my life.  While the recipes under the Mm... brand are to be indulged in with intention, this one requires reckless abandon.

Try sharing this, but more likely, hide it in the fridge and keep returning to it in secret.  Shhh...I won't tell anyone.

Each banoffee is 10x10cm, served in a plastic serving container and supposed to have two portions, but it's up to you if you want to share

Keep refrigerated.  Consume 10 mins after removing from the fridge for wicked indulgence.

Layers: biscuit base, dulce de leche, bananas, whipped cream
